Hayley Boling, MBA, CEO, DCP Chief Executive Officer

Hayley Boling serves as Chief Executive Officer of Boling Vision Center, INSIGHT Surgery Center, and INFOCUS Optical Lab, providing the strategic and operational leadership that guides the practice across all four Northern Indiana locations. She is also Executive Director of Kindness to Prevent Blindness and Founder of HGB Consulting. A Certified Practitioner of the Denison Model for Organizational Culture and a nationally recognized speaker, author, and advisor, Hayley brings to her role a deep expertise in organizational culture, leadership development, and practice management that shapes every dimension of how Boling Vision Center operates and grows. Her mission is simple: lead with vision, serve with heart, and create meaningful impact that lasts.

Dr. Richard Boling II, MD President & Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Richard Boling II serves as President and Chief Medical Officer of Boling Vision Center, providing clinical leadership and ongoing stewardship of the practice's medical direction and standards of care. With over 25,000 cataract procedures performed and a career distinguished by surgical innovation, including being the first surgeon in Michiana to perform no-needle, no-stitch, no-patch cataract surgery, Dr. Boling II brings unparalleled experience and expertise to his leadership role.
