American Society of Ophthalmic Administrators (ASOA)

ASOA is the leading professional organization for eye care administrators and practice managers in the United States, providing education, advocacy, and community for the administrative professionals who keep ophthalmic practices running at their best.

CEO Hayley Boling has served ASOA at the highest levels of its volunteer leadership structure, most recently as President and currently as Immediate Past President. She also serves as a key presenter and faculty member for ASOA's LEAD Program, one of the most respected leadership development offerings in eye care administration, where she plays a direct role in preparing the next generation of eye care leaders.

Ophthalmic World Leaders (OWL)

OWL is a global organization dedicated to advancing diversity, inclusion, and leadership development across the eye care industry. Its mission is to cultivate a more diverse pipeline of leaders in ophthalmology and the broader eye care community, and to create the connections and conversations that make that possible.

Hayley Boling serves as a Board Member of OWL, contributing her expertise in organizational culture and leadership development to an organization whose work she believes is essential to the long-term health and vitality of the profession.

National Board of Certified Ophthalmic Executives (NBCOE)

NBCOE sets the certification standards and credentialing framework for ophthalmic executives and practice administrators across the country. Its work ensures that the professionals leading eye care organizations are held to a defined and independently verified standard of competency and professionalism.

Hayley Boling serves as a Board Member of NBCOE, contributing to the development and stewardship of the standards that define excellence in eye care administration.

Indiana Academy of Ophthalmology (IAO)

The Indiana Academy of Ophthalmology represents and advocates for ophthalmologists across the state of Indiana, supporting their clinical excellence, professional development, and engagement with the legislative and regulatory landscape affecting the practice of medicine. Boling Vision Center's physician leadership maintains active engagement with the IAO, reflecting our commitment to the health of the profession at the state and national levels.

Dr. Richard Boling II was named IAO Humanitarian of the Year in 2011, a recognition that reflects both his clinical standing within the organization and his contributions to the community beyond it.

Northern Indiana Ophthalmology Association (NIOA)

As a founding and longstanding member of the regional professional community, Boling Vision Center maintains active involvement in the Northern Indiana Ophthalmology Association, contributing to the local professional network that supports collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and the advancement of eye care quality across the region.

Advisory Boards and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Roles

Members of the Boling Vision Center physician and leadership team serve on advisory boards and in Key Opinion Leader capacities for a range of industry partners, device companies, and pharmaceutical organizations.

In these roles, our team contributes clinical expertise, real-world practice experience, and an honest, evidence-based perspective to the development, evaluation, and refinement of the products and technologies shaping modern ophthalmic care.
