Usually I go to the Elkhart location but I was pleasantly surprised by the service here! Dr. Coalter and his assistants were kind and professional when administering my eye exam; with Dr. Coalter in particular being noteworthy for how well he explained some concepts of opthalmoscopy to a layman like me. On the way out of the exam I was promptly attended to by Sue who helped me find a good pair of comfortable glasses and clearly outlined my options for me. Last but not least, the receptionist Madison was very upbeat and not only did she make both my check-in and check-out a good experience but she also helped give a second opinion when I was trying out some frames.They definitely earned a 5 star review.Highly recommend!
Dr. Heil is the most amazing opthamalogist I've ever seen. She's been my go to for the last 7 years and well worth the almost hour it takes me to see her for my annual checkup. Always feel so reassured and safe in her capable hands. I love her! Highly, highly recommend!
