Dr. Heil is an excellent eye doctor. Today her staff matched that quality of excellence. Upon entering Boiling Vision Center a sweet, gentle-spirited receptionist patiently walked me through the check-in process. I waited less than 5 minutes before the nurse type person (Azalea) began my exam. She was positive and happy throughout. She also had a good sense of humor. A few minutes after her exam was completed Dr. Heil did her part, and as always, she was thorough, professional, and kind. When it came time to check-out, that receptionist was like the icing on the cake. She was full of genuine peace and joy. Her naturally pleasant demeanor and kind words absolutely made my day (maybe week). Thanks everyone at Boling for such an A+ experience!
Dr. Heil is kind, thorough, professional and the reason my husband and I go to Boling Vision Center. A couple years ago my family doctor called to set up an appointment to see me.
