My 5 year old was referred by his doctor for lazy eye. The entire staff was incredible. First we met Heidi at the front desk she was polite and sweet. Next we met Taylor who my son would not stop talking too. She did so good with him. Our Dr. Was dr. Polhamus she was absolutely thorough and friendly and accomodating to the needs of a 5 year old. We ended our appointment with John, who my son showed dance moves and too and quite honestly now believes they are best friends. Eye Dr apta. Can be tricky for kids but it was quite honestly FUN for him I was so greatful!!
I had an emergency situation and Dr. Walker and the staff allowed me to come into the clinic immediately. I should note that I was a new patient as well. Dr. Walker is very professional and thorough. I had a follow up appointment the next day with Dr. Whitney Boling and again the experience was extremely positive.
For the all of my visit it was great. Been a long time since I have felt that comfortable with a new doctor. But when we was going to have my husband eye check-up for having his cataract removed in his right eye; the one girl that had done mine was going to take care of him but another came out of the room next to ours. She was having trouble doing something and took our wonderful girl away. The one we ended up with, wasn't near as good as the one we had started to have. She wasn't paying attention to the numbers on the machine to see what he needed for his readers. In fact I'm not sure they will be right when he gets them. But other than that it was a good day at Boling Vision center.
