Just finished my annual visit with Dr. Polhamus and as usual was extremely satisfied. Dr. Polhamus is genuinely authentic, very thorough, intelligent, warmly intuitive, and efficiently covered all aspects of my exam. The support staff was very efficient and thorough as well and I didn't have to wait for more than a few minutes during any point of my visit. I felt safe with all the COVID protocols in place as well.
Really great service every time I've been there always get what I need even with my uniquely high prescription. Wait times is the only thing that was slightly annoying, but I've never waited more than 30 minutes so it's definitely not the worst.
I don't know why I waited this long to get my vision corrected. This was better than I ever dreamed of. The staff and doctors were always courteous and helpful! I wish I would've had Lasik sooner but I'm so glad I did it! Thank you Boling Vision Center team!!!
Ronisha went above and beyond for me with getting masks and liners for me. I live in Portage, IN and my eye Dr no longer got the Derm mask. Ronisha called one of the other offices to get the stock I needed to the Notre Dame office for me within one day. She was so very professional and showed empathy in my situation. She called me with updates and assured me my stuff was at the office. It is over an hours drive for me but so worth it. Even though we talked thru the phone, Ronisha provided service with a smile.
